Why Real-Time Personalisation Is Harder Than It Looks (and What It Actually Takes)

What it truly takes across data, technology, and teams

Everyone talks about real-time personalisation.
Almost no one gets it right.

In this webinar, Sky Italia and Zeotap go beyond the buzzwords to explore what actually happens when organisations try to make personalisation work at scale.

We’ll unpack the gap between promise and reality and share what it truly takes across data, technology, and teams.

This session is designed to challenge assumptions and bring clarity to what’s often oversimplified.

Using Sky’s experience as a foundation, we’ll explore:

  • The gap between ambition and execution
  • Why technology alone isn’t the answer
  • The critical role of organisational alignment
  • What separates scalable success from stalled initiatives
